Timpani: Please do not adjust the timpani pedal controls. Their tension adjustment has been professionally set and is very sensitive. Tampering with this setting now requires the director to have to load the timpani in the van and take them to the shop to have them readjusted. Band pictures: Please feel free to pass them along band pictures to Mrs. Lace via the computer for the band website. If anyone has a nice group shot from the county fair in front of the tent, please submit it. Concert/Symphonic Band: Jan 11 and Feb. 29th request to play National Anthem for a Home School Gymnastics meet, which will be held at the Carol Stream Simcus Center, at 2 p.m. Anyone interested in playing is welcome to join by signing up at the Mrs. Wiesner table.
